I’ve designed and led interactive workshops on everything from job search strategies to career guidance in TVET to cross-cultural competence, and I’ve hosted retreats and workshops that give people space to reflect, grow, and take action. My approach? A mix of practical tools, thoughtful guidance, and just the right amount of humor.
